Policies and Shipping

RETURN POLICY:

We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges due to COVID 19 restrictions.

DEFECTIVE ITEM POLICY:

Your choice of the following:

1. Credit towards your next order

2. Refund for the item

If you have already printed on the item,  no refund will be given.

DAMAGED ITEMS (due to shipping):

In the event that an item arrives damaged due to the shipping service, it is the buyers responsibility to file a claim with the proper shipping carrier.  Tracking numbers can be found in your order, or on the shipping label of your package.  We use both USPS and UPS for shipping carriers. 

SHIPPING:

All orders ship Monday-Friday (Saturdays when available).  Orders ship within 1-2 business days. 

We strive to protect your items to the best of our ability, but sometimes items may be damaged or lost by a shipping service.  All USPS priority and UPS Ground packages receive $100.00 Insurance protection via the carrier. In the event that a package is lost or damaged, we do not file the insurance claims. Please contact the shipping service to start your claim.  Your order tracking number can be found on your shipping notification email.

You may request additional insurance protection via email at the purchasers expense.

We do not guarantee shipping times due to the on-going problems that USPS and UPS have with package delays.  Please take this into consideration when purchasing on a deadline.
